Classes are taught Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings. Unless told otherwise by an instructor, new students must start with Introduction to Pole.
To ensure a solid learning experience adequate use of equipment, all classes must be booked online. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
What Should You Bring To Class?
Dress comfortably in a tank top and shorts that reach at least mid-thigh (compression shorts are a good option). Layer up with warmer outer layers if needed.
In a confined space, personal hygiene is very important. Be sure to remove any loose jewelry and wash off any lotion. Your safety is their top priority. Keep hydrated by bringing a water bottle and yoga mat if you like!
Do They Offer Refunds For Late Students/Cancellations?
Once class begins, the door will be locked since pole requires a lengthy warm-up that can lead to injury if not done. It would be helpful if you arrived early to change if necessary and to set up for class.
If a student cancels within four hours of the class, he or she will be charged a fine of $20. Please cancel your attendance as soon as possible to make room for anyone else who may want to attend a class that day. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
Can I Book Private Sessions?
Membership does not include private lessons or sessions. These, however, can be booked on an appointment basis. If you would like more information about private lessons, private group sessions, or parties, feel free to email the studio.
