The Pole Shed

The Pole Shed

Another alternative is Pole Shed, located in Ely 17 miles from Cambridge. It will take you about 30 minutes if you drive non-stop.

Pole Shed began as a small enterprise that offered private pole lessons, then later moved on to offer group classes at Chequer Studio. It closed down, however, and started offering online classes during Covid lockdown but opened in a larger space at Oak lane after the lockdown was lifted.

Currently, they have a team of qualified instructors who will take you through all sorts of pole classes; pole fitness, heel flow, pole HIIT, and much more.

The classes are structured into beginner and advanced levels, therefore, if you are looking to be introduced to pole or advance your skills, they have something for you.

You can’t make it for group classes? No worries. They offer online classes too. You can go for private classes as well. All of these classes are tailored to suit your specific goals.

The staff at this studio and the community at large are very friendly and body positive. They will embrace you as you are, celebrate, and motivate you to reach your full potential. Give them a try!
