Exercise involving high-intensity intervals (HIIT) is known to burn calories, improve endurance, increase strength, and tone muscles.
At The Pole Academy, they now offer a pole fitness version of HIIT. The full-body workout will be fun and challenging! Intervals of pole conditioning exercises on and off the pole will be interspersed with active rest periods.
