Kairos Fitness is the largest Aerial and Pole Fitness facility in Utah that offers various classes in the world of pole fitness and aerial arts. It has two locations in the state of Utah, one in Ogden and the second in Centerville.
For pole dance classes, Kairos caters to all levels from beginners, intermediate to advanced skilled students. The different classes are structured to each level of difficulty. The transition of pole difficulty level is done after a careful assessment by the studio’s instructors.
