Twisted Pole
What started in a small 5-pole studio in 2011 is currently among the largest pole studios in Nottingham. Located in the city centre, Twisted Pole offers classes in all types of pole dance and flexibility as well as chair dance workshops.
The studio is very spacious, cosy, well-lit, maintained, and equipped with plenty of poles to practice with. You can choose to either take group or private pole classes. Whichever you take, you’ll be supported by a like-minded and friendly community.
Their instructors? Qualified, insured and first aid trained. They are knowledgeable and equipped with years of experience in competing and teaching pole fitness.
The classes are offered in different ability levels throughout the week. If you are interested, you are advised to book in advance. You’ll have to pay a deposit which is refundable if you decide to cancel within 24 hours’ notice.

PoleKat Fitness
PoleKat Fitness is owned by Kat, a pole, aerial, and dance enthusiast with over 12 years of experience in practising and teaching pole fitness. She has participated in competitions and won a plethora of awards nationally and internationally over the years.
With Kat, is a team of certified, knowledgeable, and patient instructors who will support you as you progress through this art. Together with other students, they make you feel accepted and comfortable regardless of age, gender, identity, experience or disability.
